How your response and personal information may be used by us and others

Analysis by EDF Energy

Your response and personal information will be analysed by EDF Energy and used solely in connection with the consultation process and any subsequent planning applications and, except as noted below will not be passed to any third parties.

Your comments and personal details could be made available, in due course, to the relevant planning or local authority or government body so your comments can be taken into account. These authorities may choose to publish your response. Although not directly within our control, we will request that your personal details are not made publicly available by them; in any event, the relevant planning or local authority, or government body, will itself be required to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Attribution of consultation responses in published documents and on this website

Inclusion of personal information in the body of consultation responses

IMPORTANT: If a consultation response includes a participant's personal details or information which could identify an individual (e.g. name, job title, address), or details of other individuals or organisations, we will assume that the participant agrees to the response including any such details to be displayed on this website and/or in reporting documentation and also that the individual submitting the response has the consent of any third party individuals for their personal information to be used in this way. IF YOU DO NOT WISH THIS TO HAPPEN, PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION IN THE BODY OF THE CONSULTATION RESPONSE.
